 "When looking around for finance on an investment property about 5 years ago, I was referred to Scott. I was told that he should be able to organize it for me and the advice was spot on - he arranged the necessary finance in an appropriate way to suit my situation, in no time. Since then I have done a number of other investment properties, as it turns out, each one getting bigger than the one before, but Scott has delivered on cue each time. Some of my projects have been away from the geographical area he normally works in but he’s still been able to organize things for me by adjusting to the change of circumstances.
