Beginning his working life running small businesses with his father, Scott has always understood the plight of the business owner, battler and the entrepreneur. He purchased his first property at the tender age of 19 years and realised quickly that the real estate market was a gold mine if you could get the right information and the best professionals in their field around you.

A career change in 1994 saw Scott follow his curiousity into the finance industry. As a Mobile Lending Contractor with one of the larger banks Scott exceeded sales records and developed a loyal clientele. Scott was soon appointed to open a new branch of the bank at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast and take up the position as Manager of that branch and to employ and manage his branch support staff.

Whilst working in the banking industry, he noticed a lacking in the financial industry for intelligent finance brokers and lenders who didn’t just talk the talk but were also active investors themselves. Scott’s desire to fill this void in the industry led him to leave the security of the bank position and begin his own loan broking business in 2000.

With his extensive understanding of how the lending industry actually works from his behind the scenes experience, and his skills in people management and training, Scott is operating a very successful business. Franchising this success seemed the obvious next step in his endeavours to unravel the mystique of the finance industry and bring an understanding and level of education to all his clients and franchisees alike.

Dymphna Boholt is one of Australia’s leading property educators and a tax and asset protection specialist. Having built a multi-million dollar international property portfolio after coming out of a divorce in 1994 with just $40,000, she was acknowledged in a book alongside the most successful property investors in the country titled “Secrets of Property Millionaires Exposed” in 2005.

A qualified accountant and economist, she is the founding partner of an accountancy practice which operates in the same building as Investor Loans Network. The accountancy practice is Active Financial Answers, which also has offices in Sydney and Melbourne. She is the co-founder of a highly successful national wealth creation mentoring program for women, WildlyWealthyWomen.com, and also runs events and promotes education products via her website DymphnaBoholt.com.
